Drivers Sign Up:

Sign up for FREE with the SLYYK Driver app.

Register and submit your application along with your bank details and vehicle details.

Once the account is activated switch on “Active” accepts incoming bookings and get paid instantly or the next day.

 

Active for Work:

Once you login to commence your shift always check that you are active.

The Active button is next to your name top right corner on your dashboard.

(You can turn off at any time “Green is ACTIVE” & “Red is INACTIVE”, if you are taking a break)

 

Always be “Active” and ready to take any booking.

 

Your Vehicle and Driver Accreditation must be active at all times.

 

Discount Settings:

The “Discount” options are on your Dashboard top left corner.

The entire discount is set active by default when you register your account.

Pick the discount you wish to offer, as soon as you set the discount on your desired amount.

You can choose to activate multiple discounts that you wish to offer passengers.

Remember that drivers that offer the highest discount will receive the booking first (the SLYYK app will offer bookings according to the passenger’s request)

 

Job Notification:

Get job notification on the go from anywhere.

As soon as you are online active, you will start receiving booking requests.

 

Booking Details:

Once a booking is accepted you can view the passenger and booking details, “ETA” the distance to pick up in “Km” and “Time”

Click on “i” for information will pop up the Job/booking details e.g. Passenger details and rating, Booking ID #, Vehicle details, ETA, pick up and drop up details, GPS map, estimated price with the discount included.

 

Dashboard:

This will show the number of Completed Jobs, Declined Jobs also your Current Job.

 

Track Passenger:

As soon as you accept the job, the map along with the passenger pick up and drop off map location is displayed in real-time with real-time information.

Once you have arrived at the pickup point you must click on the symbol with the “GPS symbol on the Vehicle” at the bottom of the app next to your name, the passenger will receive a message that you have arrived at the pickup point.

 

Once the passenger enters your click the “Vehicle” symbol next to the “Phone” symbol, the app will show POB (Passenger on Board) symbol, also the “Invoice” symbol.

 

Once you have reached your destination click on “Invoice” send Taxi Metered Fare, Note, Govt levy is included in the total, you can add or change if there are extra charges, then click “SEND” after receiving confirmation payment has been made, then you can rate passenger.

 

You cannot receive another job if you have not completed the rating.

Passenger will receive your “Invoice” and approve the trip amount and click on “Pay” then “Rate”

 

Pick up and Drop Off Map:

The trip is in real-time “Live” GPS Google maps; both driver and passenger can monitor the trip from pick up to drop off.

 

Passenger on Board:

As the passenger enters the vehicle click on the symbol at the bottom of the app that shows the “Vehicle” that will mean your passenger is onboard and your journey has commenced (Not the Passenger or Driver can cancel the trip from here)

 

Accept Payment:

The SLYYK app has made it easier and safer to handle your money.

All trip amounts processed by Credit Card and paid direct to the drivers account at the end of the trip.

 

Passenger Cancellation:

Once passenger makes a booking they can cancel the ride any time until they are on the vehicle but they will be questioned if this occurs to many times without a legitimate excuse they can be banned from using the SLYYK app.

 

No Show:

Once you have arrived at your pickup point and you have made attempts to contact the passenger multiple times and your passenger does not respond, you can submit a “No Show” request.

 

Reject a Booking:

Driver has the choice to refuse a booking, if this occurs to many times without a legitimate excuse you can be banned from using the SLYYK app.

 

Drivers Booking Records:

All trips are in your dashboard under “Job History”.

 

Receipt Information:

Receipts with all the trip details are emailed and also a copy is kept on the dashboard in the app.

 

Two Way Rating:

Both drivers & passengers will be required to rate each other on a 5-star scale, 1 star being poor and 5 stars being excellent at the end of the trip, also comment on the trip.

You must complete the rating to be able to book another trip.

(Only star ratings are shared between driver and passenger and not the comments)

vehicle and bank details account to fully activate your account.

Discount Set

Select the amount range and apply the discount for that particular price range amount.

Job Notification

You will soon start receiving requests in your area once you change your status to On. You will get booking requests beep sound. Get started, click open and
accept.

Track Passenger

With easy navigate to the customer location, you will have a full view of the trace path of their road.

Accept Payment

Get paid as soon as the invoice is paid to your bank account that you have entered under bank page.

simply set their desire discount on a particular amount. Under the total amount, a certain discount percentage will be applicable which will allow the client to get the discounted rate and will increase the opportunity of getting more job.

Any of the clients choose those discount should fall on that price range in order to get the booking requests. The total amount will be shown as the discounted amount to
the client. Once they book that journey, drivers will start receiving the booking request. With the concept of first come first serve, any of the drivers who accept the
booking first will get the job.

A nominal fee of .90 cents SLYYK Management fee will be applied for every booking.

What is Premium? How to set my account to premium?

Premium is a new scheme of rewarding a driver with a premium badge which will automatically plus the $11 total journey fare on top of the metered fare. Premium Badge is performance and rating based pay that is applicable to all our registered drivers for their dedication and good work towards our organization. This is purely based on performances, rating, and feedback

To reward our drivers for their loyal and dedicated services, we have come up with this reward features. This action can be done by admin only. Premium account is rewarded by admin only.
